Store regulations

Using the store is associated with the acceptance of the following Regulations, so read it carefully. If you do not accept the Regulations, do not make any purchases. Just leave the page.
The regulations specify the conditions for making purchases, payment for them and shipping goods available in the store's offer.

Definitions of general

  • Customer:
    a person or company with an active account in the Store
  • Costs:
    all costs incurred by the Buyer related to the implementation of the placed Order
  • Cart:
    a virtual place where information about the ordered Goods is stored, in particular the quantity, value, packaging and shipping costs
  • Buyer:
    every customer who carries out purchase and sale transactions
  • Confirmation:
    activity carried out to confirm the veracity of the order placed by the Buyer
  • Invoice:
    receipt or VAT invoice issued at the Purchaser's request in connection with the implementation of the purchasing proces
  • Regulations:
    these regulations for using the Store
  • Registration:
    creating an account in the Store, consisting of saving necessary data provided by the Customer when placing the first Order
  • Store:
    ambienthouse.pl website and databases functioning within this website and all other related websites related to the transaction process
  • Seller:
    Ambient Media House Sp. z o.o.
  • Goods:
    any product or service offered by the Store
  • Verification:
    a process to confirm the customer's personal data
  • Owner:
    Ambient Media House Sp. z o.o. with headquarters at ul. Trzebnicka 12, 55-095 Szczodre, with tax identification number NIP: 895-218-75-82
  • Order:
    information sent electronically about the state of the basket along with Buyer's data and the place of sending the goods
  • PayU / PayPal:
    websites that support electronic payments for Orders placed in the Store

Customer registration and rules of using the store

  1. To enjoy shopping in the store and become a customer of the store, it is necessary to complete the registration process.
  2. The personal and address data provided during the registration process will be subject to the Verification process. To make purchases in the store, the data must be confirmed by the customer.
  3. Registration and the possibility of making purchases in the Store are not subject to any fees.
  4. By using the Store, the customer agrees to accept the COOKIES files used by the Store.

Security and protection of personal data

  1. Customer's personal and address data are stored and processed solely for the purposes of the Store and sales records, and are protected from being viewed and disclosed to third parties and unauthorized persons.
  2. Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997. (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883), every customer has the right to inspect their data, correct it and demand to cease using it.
  3. The acquired customer data contains only the necessary information to be able to complete the transaction, complete payment, verify and ship the goods

Placing and processing orders

  1. The customer has access to the order at every stage of its implementation.
  2. The Seller has the right to require confirmation of the order by e-mail, telephone contact or in another possible way.
  3. Deliveries are made through specific forwarding companies that ensure efficient delivery and secure delivery. The Store accepts and processes Orders with a delivery address provided outside of the country.
  4. Shipments are made via a forwarding company within 14 business days of the amount due being credited to your account. In the case of hand-made products based on orders placed, this time is up to 28 business days.
  5. Delays in delivery that do not result from reasons attributable to the Seller cannot be the basis for any claims made by the Buyer.
  6. In the event of problems arising from unforeseen and unavoidable reasons (stock depletion, IT system failure), the Buyer will be immediately informed by contact chosen by the Seller and a new date of order fulfillment will be set.
  7. In case of placing an order by a minor, the responsibility falls on the legal guardians of the Customer.
  8. The invoice for the purchased Goods is issued for each order - VAT invoices only at the Buyer's request in a period consistent with applicable law, counting from the end of the month in which the goods were delivered or the service was performed or all or part of the payment was received.
  9. The recipient of the Bill in the form of a VAT invoice can only be a company / natural person who is a VAT payer.

Purchase prices of goods and services, payment methods and shipping costs

  1. The prices in the Store include VAT due (gross prices) and are given in Polish zlotys (PLN) and in Euro.
  2. Acceptable payment methods are: electronic transfer, payment card and payment to the account.
  3. Electronic payments are made via PayU and PayPal services.
  4. The date of sale is the date when the goods are sent to the Buyer or the amount credited to the Store's bank account.
  5. All costs associated with the implementation of the contract, especially packaging and shipping costs are automatically calculated and added to the value of the order.
  6. The Calculated Costs are not directly related to the fee charged by freight forwarding companies and are merely a reflection of actual Costs.

Guarantees and returns

  1. The buyer has the right to return the purchased goods within 14 calendar days of receipt of the goods.
  2. The right of return does not apply to goods such as computer programs and sound / visual recordings, which were in sealed packaging and which packaging was opened by the customer,
  3. All goods available in the Store are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
  4. Before sending each product is checked to detect possible defects.
  5. If a defect is found, the Buyer is obliged to report the fact within 14 days from the date of purchase of the goods.
  6. The Seller is released from liability:
  • for defects, if they arose for reasons other than those inherent in the defect of the material used
  • about the product's dissatisfaction
  • against claims due to product parameters
  1. The warranty does not cover:
  • on damage caused during shipment transport
  • about damage caused by foreign objects that have got inside
  • about thermal and chemical damage caused during cleaning, ironing or washing, resulting from failure to comply with product markings
  • damage resulting from storage, maintenance and operation in conditions that are not in accordance with the conditions specified in the requirements of the relevant standards.
  1. The Buyer is obliged to deliver the returned or advertised goods to the Seller on his own and at his own expense.

Final Provisions

  1. The content of the Store does not constitute a full commercial offer within the meaning of the Civil Code, art. 543.
  2. The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order without giving a reason and the resulting compensation or damages.
  3. In matters not covered by these conditions, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply accordingly.
